MM(Material Management) Module 의 정의

 

자재관리 모듈은 생산계획에 따른 원부자재의 구매, MRO/소모성 자재 등에 대한 구매요청, 발주, 입고, 송장처리에 이른 구매업무를 지원하고, 재고이전, 출고와 같은 재고 관리 업무 처리

 

이와 연관된 생산관리, 품질관리, 설비관리, 재무/관리회계 기능과 실시간으로 연동되어 기업 기간업무의 유기적인 통합성과 효율성을 제공

MTS (Make to Stock) - 수요예측을 통해 완제품 만들어서 stock 해서 판매  (EX 휴대폰, 자동차 등)

MTO (Make to Order) - 주문들어오면 원자재 가공 조립 판매, (가구, 악기)

Assemble to order (ATO) - 주문들어오면 반제품 형태의 부품을 조립해서 판매 (조립식 컴퓨터)

Engineering to Order (ETO) - 고객의 주문에 따라 설계부터 자재구매, 생산까지 총괄 (항공기, 선박, 플랜트 등)

업무 프로세스에서 동일한 값으로 공유하는 코드성격의 data, 주로 organization 구분에서 봄
